Hourly pay rate is $15.00
$1500 sign on bonus offered
Available Shifts:
Saturday 7:30am to 3:30pm (16 hrs PT scheduled bi-weekly)
Friday & Saturday 3:30pm to 11:30pm (16 hrs PT scheduled bi-weekly)
Saturday 11:30pm to 7:30am (16 hrs PT scheduled bi-weekly)
PRN/ On-call as needed

Provide direct care and support to residents in the areas of addictions and mental health by providing assistance with ADL's, cooking, cleaning and socialization. Ensure that program supports individual goals of consumers, and that the recovery process is encouraged. Demonstrate regard for the dignity and respect of the consumers and staff. Always display a caring and supportive attitude and represent the program in a positive manner. Promote and contribute positively to the program and program relationships. RHD Delaware Mental Health Group Homes are seeking PART-TIME and On Call/PRN CNA staff that may float between its residential programs in Wilmington, Delaware. The program provides comprehensive support for adults who are coming out of a psychiatric hospital setting. Services focus on skill building in illness management and community living, maximizing quality of life, and reducing the need for inpatient hospitalizations.

Provide professional, kind, compassionate interaction, support, skill building and assistance to all residents
Assist residents with ADLs, cooking, housekeeping, shopping and other related duties
Use program vehicle to transport residents to medical appointments and community outings.
Be able to communicate with peers and supervisors regarding the needs of the residents. Be willing to work cooperatively and work as a team.
Complete documentation as required via electronic health record system
Attend monthly staff meetings and trainings as required
Be willing to participate in supervision and receive feedback on performance.
 Required Experience
1 year experience preferred
 Required Education

High School Diploma
Active Delaware CNA Certification
 Required Qualifications

Qualifications include:
Current Delaware CNA Certification
Current Driver's License
Must pass background check and drug screening
Two-Step TB Test (from your medical provider)
Must be willing to complete weekly Covid 19 Testing or be Fully vaccinated (State of Delaware mandate) 
 Program Summary

Brandywine Hills is a group home that services women, and men experiencing challenges in their mental health that impedes independence in the community. The home services up to 8 individuals. The home is located in Wilmington, DE. Services provided here focus on skill building, symptoms management, activities of daily living as well as community living to maximize their quality of life and reducing the need for impatient hospitalization.
