Chubb North America Claims seeks a Medicare Compliance Director to serve as an internal subject matter expert for Chubbs obligations under the Medicare Secondary Payer Act (MSPA) and Medicare, Medicaid, and SCHIP Extension Act of 2007 (MMSEA). The position requires a keen understanding and working knowledge of the laws and regulations surrounding the MSPA and MMSEA The position further requires a thorough understanding of the wide variety of state and federal laws impacted by the MSPA and MMSEA, including state and federal workers compensation laws and administrative statutes, various other property and casualty insurance products, and accident and health programs. The position will be required to continuously communicate with a variety of internal and external stakeholders, including Chubb NA Claims, its Discipline Leadership, Executive Management, the Office of General Counsel, outside counsel, representatives of the U.S Government and state authorities, insureds, brokers, agents and Third-Party Claims Administrators (TPAs).
Location flexible to any US based Chubb claims office.
- Serve as an internal subject matter expert for Chubbs obligations under the MSPA and MMSEA, and directly coordinate and manage the day-to-day operations and long-term strategies, communications, and training for Chubb NA Claims Medicare Compliance Programs in concert with our Medicare vendors and other Medicare internal personnel.
