The Footwear Sr. Supply Planning Analyst will support the global business and drive operational excellence/business performance. The Sr. Supply Planning Analyst will optimize tooling inventory management and reduce costs by working cross-functionally within the Footwear Organization. To be successful, the Sr. Supply Planning Analyst will be required to easily move between detailed tactical analysis and cross-functional collaboration. They will be responsible for supporting operations and activities of the Sourcing and Supply Planning departments within Footwear.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
+ Manage, facilitate, and improve the PMA process through collaboration with Development and Costing teams
+ Maintain critical tooling capacity data including seasonal ramp up planning
+ Track tooling costs and savings throughout the season
+ Creation and publishing of STN’s
+ Enhance the Centric platform by driving the Sourcing Ops & Supply Planning needs into production
+ Validate and maintain Sourcing Master Data in Centric; ensure proper integration to Armoury and P360 for planning
Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)
+ The Sr. Supply Planning Analyst will be knowledgeable in PLM system usage, cross-functional systems dependencies, basic Supply Chain understanding. The Sr. Supply Planning Analyst will focus on execution of operational plans. The Sr. Supply Planning Analyst can operate under minimal supervision. Execute projects related their business segment.
+ The Sr. Supply Planning Analyst role is fast paced and requires nimble data-driven decision making and strict attention to detail. Must be flexible and need to support any ad hoc needs.
+ Must maintain a collaborative working relationship with cross-functional partners.
Education And / Or Experience
+ Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent Supply Chain experience
+ 2 Years of Supply Chain Experience preferred
+ Location: This position is remote.
+ Travel: Some travel (possible International) may be requested
+ No relocation provided
