This is a senior level Manager position responsible for managing a team of, Lead Project Managers, Sr. Project Managers, Service Delivery Supervisors and Porject Coordinators. This role is a Customer Champion to ensure all order requests from internal/external customers are addressed timely, accurately and efficiently. As the leader of the team, this position is responsible for driving continuous improvement of results and developing/leading continuous improvement initiatives. This is a Work from Home opportunity.
The Main Responsibilities
• Provide project management governance, tracking, prioritization, and team leadership.
• Assesses project plans and progress, collect, consolidate, and review status reports as needed, as well as review status with project leaders on a continuous basis.
• Support end-to-end project planning, risk identification, dependency tracking, issue identification and change management on projects.
• Sets and controls standards and mentors project managers to improve delivery of projects on time and within budget, given scope and known risks.
