As a senior leader in Application Support – Problem Management and Service Level Improvements, your love of technology will inspire a team of creative problem solvers to find new ways to manage and support our day-to-day business needs. Here, you will put your years of solid critical thinking to use, driving strategic change, managing budgets, people, and the innovative technology they create. In addition to overseeing CCB’s problem management (root cause analysis / blameless post mortem) process and service level improvement efforts, you’ll foster and manage relationships, both internally as well as with our clients and business partners. Using industry best practices, you’ll oversee ensuring appropriate root cause analysis is performed, help identify thematic level improvements and provide governance of service level improvement efforts for our products and services. You’ll be responsible for overall team management and mentoring of staff, as needed. This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:

+ BS/BA degree or equivalent experience

+ Proven experience in driving for root cause of technology incidents with an engineering mindset.

+ Proven expertise in application development and support environment with more than one technology and multiple design techniques

+ Knowledge of development toolset to design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software

+ Strong understanding of financial control and budget management

+ Seasoned understanding of risk controls and compliance to departmental and company-wide standards

+ Ability to drive and oversee programs

+ Ability to work collaboratively in teams and develop meaningful relationships to achieve common goals
