Job Description

Description Robert Half’s Desktop Support Technician role is for someone with a flair for clearly breaking down and explaining convoluted technical information in a way that is easily understood by non-technical users. If you’re looking for work in the Asset Management industry, this might be the job for you. This Desktop Support Analyst role is long-term contract / contract / contract / temporary in nature and is based in the Wilmington, Delaware, area. Key responsibilities - Provide computer desktop support in accordance with established policies and procedures - Support, examine, and repair computer systems, hardware, printers, and computer peripherals - Coordinate hardware repairs with the appropriate vendors - Solve computer problems, and implement appropriate action/solutions - Provide support on a variety of computer hardware and software issues by identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems - Communicate regularly and effectively with ticket submitters - Develop records of daily data communication transactions, issues and remedial actions taken or installation activities Requirements – Active Directory experience

- Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange Server

- Desktop support or related experience

- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, user instructions, and procedure manuals
