Job Description

Acara Solutions is looking for a Back Office Support Operator for our client located in Newark, DE
The Printing Operator will produce all printed training materials using highspeed copiers.
Responsibilities include printing using high output copiers, binding, packing, and shipping printed materials on a weekly basis per class schedule.
Operates various types of copy equipment.
Review requests to understand scope and parameters of print jobs.
Determines quantities for print job.
Inspects random production samples to evaluate quality of printings.
Maintains inventory of supplies needed to operate copiers.
Troubleshoots issues with copiers and makes basic repairs or elevate to and schedule vendor service calls.
Performs routine maintenance on copiers.
Drafts and submits reports for daily production totals.
Maintains a clean area around copiers.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Package and ship all training materials on time for upcoming training events.
Pay and Benefits:

The salary for this position is $15.00 per hour (Max Pay rate).


Required Skills / Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in Back Office Support Operator
Minimum of 2 years' experience in high speed/output copiers, Adobe, and Excel.

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Ability to operate or to quickly learn to operate various copiers and related software.
Ability to follow instructions.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Vocational/technical school training
On-the-job training provided.
Previous related experience.
Additional Information:
Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
Physically able to operate and maintain copiers.
Able to bend or kneel frequently.
Able to lift to 50 pounds at a time.
