Job Description

This positionperforms high volume vendor maintenance functions to support ABM and its vendors.This position will also work to ensure compliance with IRS regulations, exclusionary suppliers, and the confidentiality of banking information.
Process orders- regular monthly supply orders, uniform orders, repairs, computer/computer equipment etc.
Generate and manage the PO logs
Update/log and maintain monthly recurring logs as invoices are received
Process invoices in Workflow ( code and submit to approver)
Process check request
Process CER requests as necessary
Call vendors for statements starting the 1st of the month
Check PO logs for any missing invoices to accrue for the month
Submit month-end accruals, reclass etc.
Correspond with vendors and field personnel.
Provide guidance on policies and procedures regarding vendor master maintenance.
Prioritize based on the team and department needs; multitasks and meet deadlines.
Adapt to the day-to-day and unexpected situations.
Attend team meetings, phone conferences, and training as needed.
Consistent, regular, punctual attendance as scheduled is an essential responsibility of this position.
Special projects and other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
1 - 2 years of experience.
Strong working knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office products.
Know, understand, and follow governmental regulations, teammate guidelines, and all other ABM policies.
Knowledge of JD Edwards and Oracle a plus.
Must be a quick learner and can adapt to a fast-paced payroll environment.
Must possess attention to detail and be organized to be successful in this role.
Capable of handling multiple tasks, prioritizing work, and meeting strict deadlines.
Must possess a professional, proactive, enthusiastic attitude and complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision
Comfortable with routinely shifting demands.
Working knowledge of general office equipment.
Ability to prioritize projects and execute and deliver key objectives in a timely manner.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic, results-oriented environment.
Meticulous attention to detail, self-motivated, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
