We are currently seeking a qualified Registered Nurse for at the Center for Advanced Joint Replacement. The Center for Advanced Joint Replacement is a 30 bed unit, located at our Wilmington Hospital in Delaware, specializing in the care of knee and hip replacement patients. This department requires a nurse with a strong focus on customer service. We seek someone who can handle a fast pace and is willing to be flexible. Teamwork is essential. This team has recently expanded care to include ENT and Plastics surgical patients.

BSN strongly preferred or required to obtain within three years.
6 month minimum medical/surgical RN experience required. Equivalent combination of experience will be considered.
Hours: This is for a 72 hour position for Day/Evening shifts with a combination of 8 and 12 hour shifts. Possible shifts include 7 a.m. - 7:30 p.m.; 11 a.m. - 11:30 p.m. or 11 a.m. - 7:30 p.m. Weekends requirements are per hospital practice.
Bonus Details: The successful candidate may be eligible for a $10,000 sign-on bonus to be paid over a period of 12 months.
