Sr Associate - Marketing Agile Delivery Lead
The Retail Bank Marketing team is looking for an organized and process-driven servant leader to drive efficient, coordinated and well-managed go-to-market process of our campaigns. The ideal candidate for this role will have prior experience applying modern practices of project management (agile, kanban and lean principles) to marketing, and be passionate about creatively removing impediments and enabling individuals and teams to perform.
Supporting a marketing organization through growth and transformation

Our team is made up of business and data analysts, marketing strategists, marketing technology product and platform managers, data scientists, creatives, project managers and process managers-all working together to create the marketing experiences that will drive more and more customers to bank with Capital One.
Facilitate increasingly efficient delivery of marketing campaigns through meeting facilitation, continuously improving team ceremonies and reinforcing team norms, and helping to remove impediments:
Apply facilitation and dependency management techniques to drive delivery through planning, collaboration, and coordination in a multidisciplinary and multi-stage go-to-market process
Facilitate epic and story backlog creation, refinement, prioritization and capacity planning and ensure project teams are following good Agile practices to optimize delivery
Utilize team feedback and metrics (quality, delivery rate, team health, etc.) to identify areas of opportunity and work with teams and their leaders to continuously improve
Support issue risk identification, planning, mitigation, and escalation to project team and stakeholders as needed; support resolution of impediments and risks
Provide monitoring and status tracking support for cross-team initiatives
Build brand of delivery excellence both within teams the delivery lead is responsible for, as well as across their internal peer group
Leverage Productivity Tools to influence better ways to radiate and document project/team information
Influence governance structure where decision-making is weighted toward empowered teams
Partner with with MarTech, Design, Product, Engineering and Ops stakeholders / leads to align on and evolve unified roadmaps, identify dependencies, craft delivery strategies
Support cross-team collaboration through the facilitation of release planning, scrum-of-scrums, and other scaled agile ceremonies
Serve as a knowledge and execution resource to the team for productivity and team performance:
Able to understand and use individual / team coaching tools like Powerful Questions, Lean Flow, and Systems Thinking to encourage a positive team environment, experimentation and continuous improvement
Support team's knowledge management needs through various tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, etc.)
Understand and coach their teams to adopt development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
Coach to upskill team members in agile principles and best practices
