Your Role as the Corporate Controller
In this role, you lead all accounting and finance operations to include policy compliance, internal controls, and reporting. Responsibilities include:
Lead and coordinate financial closing processes
Direct all accounting functions to include credit and collections, AP, payroll, fixed assets, general accounting, and cash management
Maintain financial systems and controls
Standardize and automate accounting practices and procedures
Manage the general ledger and prepare monthly financial statements
Accurately disseminate all financial reports
Develop monthly forecasting reports
Develop financial models, budgets, and metrics
Expertise in accounting and finance
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
10+ years of experience in a professional, corporate environment as a Controller
Experience in cost accounting for a manufacturing or distribution organization
Highly analytical, excellent communicator, and strategic thinker
