Job Summary

Ensures delivery of creative messaging and design to improve the company’s brand position, advance its full portfolio of solutions and contribute to both top and bottom-line growth through innovative use of Marketing tools, processes and technologies.

Key Responsibilities

+ Co-develops the Enterprise Marketingstrategy to align with Strategic Growth focus areas while enabling business strategies to achieve profitable growth.

+ Supports brand managementincluding directing creative output forthe BV brand from the early conceptstages through to production. Dutiesinclude developing creative ideas onhow to market a Solutions portfolio,working with the Marketing team andbusiness leaders to create a sharedvision, and leading a design team tocomplete projects.?

+ Engage in development and ongoingexecution of enterprise / umbrellabrand messaging defining BVconsistently across all stakeholdergroups, markets and channels.

+ Guidesthe creative vision and ensuresalignment across messages andchannels.?

+ Leads the development of content aswell as creative including messaging,visuals, graphics, audio and video toconsistently and creatively definevalue propositions around BV’ssolutions portfolio

Preferred Qualifications

+ Strong track record of creative services in a B2B environment, particularly in a services industry.

+ Proven ability to demonstrate geographic and cultural awareness and understanding of planned creative outputs.

+ Experience with team leadership and talent development.

+ Understanding of an integrated marketing mix to support digital and traditional marketing efforts.

+ Familiarity with construction, engineering and/or infrastructure projects and the type of messaging and design required to define and differentiate offerings across an entire portfolio of solutions.

+ Experience leading a diverse team or department for a global organization.

+ Demonstrated ability to develop innovative and creative messaging and design elements.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in graphics, design, or a related field; or equivalent experience. 11+ years related experience.
