Location: Bear, DE Department: Warehouse Reports To: Warehouse Shift Manager
Your Role: Provides on-the-job warehouse training for new and current employees. Provides training on safety and other key job functions within the warehouse.
Trains assigned personnel to accurately, consistently, & safely use warehouse management systems, along with material handling equipment & supplies
Serves as a coach and mentor to assigned personnel
Evaluates performance of assigned personnel
Follows and applies standard work and work instructions
Works to eliminate waste in all areas of the position
Environment: Working in below negative temperatures to high heat temperatures
Travel: Occasional overnight travel required. Must have ability to travel independently as needed, without restriction by all modes of transportation, including car, plane, or train
We Need You To Have:
High School Diploma or General Equivalency Degree
Demonstrated on-the-job behaviors that reflect positive and contstructive approaches to business issues.

Prior success in a leadership or training role
Strong communication skills
