Job Description

Fireside is a worldwide emergency response specialist providing a wide array of services such as 
worldwide asset monitoring, identification of emergency events, and global response to client 
emergencies. This role (remote work not available), requires shiftwork and is responsible to 
provide exceptional customer service to our esteemed clientele, analyze and monitor flight 
anomalies, take part, and help coordinate in the event of an emergency response in areas such 
as Aviation, Specialty Marine, Rail, Natural Disasters, and Workplace Emergencies. A candidate 
must be detail-oriented, have the capability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting 
priorities, and have excellent oral and written communication skills. Further duties are listed 
• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating with client dispatch and 
scheduling departments over the telephone and via email
• Flight monitor aircraft by analyzing multiple sources of data for potential impacts on 
clients' operations
• Provide remote support and role-playing for client drills and tabletops
• Complete administrative tasks, such as data entry in various systems and maintain client 
account and fleet information
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by managemen
