Experience 5-10 years’ experience in regional sales

High School Diploma or equivalent; and a minimum of two years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience Bachelor’s degree or equivalent may be substituted for the required work experience

Excellent relationship building skills Organization and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Job description;

The goal is to provide differentiation in the market as well as support the growth and profit expectations of the Company. The Regional Account Director will be expected to source 100% of the time in new opportunities

This position will work cooperatively with internal and external personnel as well as new customers

Responsibilities Develop new customer relationships by promoting company services primarily through cold calling

Completes RFP’s and presentations that focuses on benefits for the client

Compose sales proposals and execute new and renewal contracts within the assigned region

Maintains continuous working knowledge of floor-care, janitorial, windows, and power washing industries

Assist operations with a smooth implementation process for sold contracts

Monitors assigned region accounts to ensure service quality and future sales expansion

Accurately updates contact records in Pipeline

Participates in trade shows and attends Customer and/or Pricing Meetings as required

Perform other reasonable duties as assigned

Develops alternative solutions

Adapts to changes in the work environment and reacts well under pressure

Requirements

- Foundational knowledge in Customer Acquisition

- Cold calling experience preferred

- Proficiency in Customer Account

- Solid understanding of direct sales

- Data entry, document management, file creation and previous records experience required

- Qualified in Spreadsheet and ERP system
