Job Description – Vice President – Connected Commerce CFO Team
Our Consumer & Community Banking division serves our Chase customers through a range of financial services, including personal banking, credit cards, mortgages, auto financing, investment advice, small business loans and payment processing. We’re proud to lead the U.S. in credit card sales and deposit growth and have the most-used digital solutions – all while ranking first in customer satisfaction.
The Connected Commerce organization will serve customers with digital experiences beyond our core financial products, by focusing on customer experiences in loyalty, offers, travel, and partner benefits, leveraging the best in class Chase payments and lending products
The Vice President role is a Financial Analysis position in the newly formed Connected Commerce CFO team, working closely with the Connected Commerce CFO and his leadership team.
+ The candidate will serve as a Finance lead and own the end-to-end modeling and budgeting for different aspects of the Connected Commerce business
+ Develop, enhance and maintain existing and new valuation models and methodologies
+ Daily interaction with key stakeholders across Finance, Connected Commerce Leadership team, and key functional groups to understand and deliver business needs while managing numerous concurrent initiatives
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in a high-paced business environment, as well as the following:
+ Bachelor’s degree in an analytical field; MBA Preferred
+ 6-8 years of business experience in strong analytical positions (e.g. investment banking, consulting)
+ Demonstrated leadership in terms of attitude, initiative and inclusivity
+ Strong mix of analytical, written and presentation skills
+ Knowledge of different valuation methodologies plus experience with budget and forecasting
+ Influencing skills and ability to concisely articulate key recommendations
+ Experience in interacting and communicating recommendations to business leaders for line of business
+ Superior organizational and process skills, attention to detail
+ Proactive – continually drives to understand unique needs of each business and/or program and challenges status quo
