Kforce has a client that is seeking a Project Analyst in Newark, DE.Summary:This position is part of the firm’s Alert Operations and Compliance List Screening Program Management team. The team covers both global and business-aligned functions supporting the firm’s AML, Client List Screening, Sanctions and Anti-corruption programs. This team works in partnership with the Data Management, Coverage Strategy, Global Compliance Technology, and Investigations teams. Successful candidates possess a solution’s driven mindset with strong problem solving and analytical skills. They are comfortable to work independently and take initiative on various projects, daily support function and driving efficiency changes. In addition, successful candidates are quick learners that will be able to readily understand Client List Screening and AML concepts and issues. A CLS Production Solutions Associate will be able to deliver results, by setting goals and communicating accurate timelines to support long-term strategies.Responsibilities: * As a member of the CLS Production Solutions team, the Project Analyst will be able to analyze complex issues pertaining to CLS/GSC system functionality with the ability to meet critical Operational timelines * Identify business issues and utilize core business knowledge to identify root cause, while proposing strategic solutions and workarounds * Triage 1st level technology issues and defects derived from our Global CLS Operations partners and resolve or escalate as necessary to the appropriate technology teams * As a Project Analyst, you will communicate with stakeholders to resolve complex queries or issues; Articulate step by step instructions in a cross-functional team environment * Liaise with Product Owners and Testing Teams to follow defects through to resolution and implementation * Bachelor’s degree or work experience equivalent required * Working knowledge of Sanctions, PEP, Negative Media, and Money Laundering/Terrorist Financing (TF) risk areas * Demonstrated adherence to controls and standards * Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to lead meetings, projects, and facilitate discussions accordingly * Understanding of the company’s business practices and familiarity with the company’s products and services * Strong Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint, Excel, & Visio * Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or other Agile project management tools * Demonstrated ability to work across organizational boundaries to accomplish common objectives, including the appropriate escalations in the organization to ensure timely resolution of defects * Ability to maintain a professional & personable demeanor and have excellent skills in the following areas: Analytical ability, ability to multi-task, effective oral & written communication, presentation skills, issue resolution, attention to detail, working independently, problem-solving ability, and creative thinking Kforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
