Lead the development and execution of internal communications plans and tools to drive employee engagement. Partner with key business functions (such as HR, EHS, Sourcing and IT) on change management communications and support strategic programs such as culture initiatives, Safety Week, Ethics & Compliance Week and corporate Recognition Programs. Fully understand Solenis' business strategy, culture, leadership styles and goals to ensure the creation and implementation of effective and sustainable internal communication solutions. Track and analyze communication effectiveness.

Develop an over-arching employee communications strategy to align with the corporate strategy, including messaging, channels, etc. Ensure employee communications are aligned with the corporate brand.

Develop communication strategies for individual initiatives in an independent and autonomous manner and connected with overall employee messaging. Effectively manage communications projects including organize project tasks, collect information, set timelines for completion of required tasks, and see projects through to completion.

Strategize with internal clients, work with designated subject matter experts to collect content, prepare presentations (e.g., PowerPoint presentations, talking points, etc.), and manage overall coordination of material preparation, as appropriate. Ensure content is consistent with the Solenis brand in terms of tone, aesthetic, and messaging. Partner with Communications team to lead and manage various Town Halls.

Proactively identify employee communications gaps and recommend solutions.

Work collaboratively with intranet managing editor and communications team on content development for stories and other content for Solenis' intranet site, InSite Lite Newsletter, external website, and social media channels.

Maintain knowledge of current trends and best practices in internal strategic communications. Bring creative ideas to the table to ensure that messages sent are heard, understood, and absorbed by all intended audiences who are bombarded with constant information.

Support Solenis Gives and Community Involvement programs across the company (includes 40+plants). Support community service events and spread event awareness.










Bachelor's degree in English, communications, journalism, marketing, or public relations



7-10 years relevant work experience / Experience communicating to a global and geographically dispersed workforce is strongly desired (multiple languages, multiple time zones, and majority remote/mobile employees)


Excellent verbal and written communication skills; eagerness to learn and lead new channels and creative ways for communicating.

Ability to work in a team-fostered and multi-tasked environment
