Want to bring your skills and experience to work in a progressive, dynamic environment? This is your opportunity. You'll join the team in Process/Production, setting up and operating fabrication processes and equipment, fabricating, assembling and testing assemblies and products.

Primary responsibilities include:

Pick, pack, troubleshoot, and process shipments in a timely manner

Operate equipment to package and move materials and products

Monitor and verify quality of materials and documents to be shipped. This includes a visual inspection for information accuracy.

Perform routine tasks defined by the work area using hand tools, operating equipment, utilizing printers, working on PCs, and equipment calibration.

Prioritize shipments based on delivery date and urgency level

Maintain records and practice adherence to record retention policies

Order and restock supplies as needed

Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of work and dock area

Support team members in achieving the shipment objectives and goals through effective teamwork.

Contribute to the site's continuous improvement culture by developing and implementing ideas

Maintaining and re-ordering packaging inventory to avoid stock outs

Provide superior customer service to the business by resolving shipping issues quickly

Prioritize assignments based on urgency and relevancy to business objectives

Work to and meet all appropriate specified standard times. Complete assignments in a timely manner

Follow all documented procedures, safety, and environmental guidelines. Performs daily housekeeping duties.

Other expectations include:

Provide back-up support to other employees as needed in Button Up and Shipping area

Maintain flexibility and receptiveness to change in daily routine.

Troubleshoot and fix equipment

Cross training for other roles

Attend weekly meetings

May be asked to count inventory locations located in the shipping area.

Meeting training requirements in a timely manner and maintaining training certifications

Adhere to Agilent values and implement those values in job role

May require specialized training/certification.
