Seeking entry level marketing professionals!


TA Instruments is seeking an Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing team. This position reports to our Marketing Creative Team Manager and plays integral role in various lead generation projects.





Typical tasks of the position include, but are not limited to




Assist with the administration of Sales leads utilizing marketing automation and CRM

Manage/coordinate a high-volume of company events such as Trade Shows (virtual and in person), Seminars, Workshops, Short Courses, User Meetings, Conferences, etc.

Maintain show schedules, project checklists and deadlines.

Assist with administrative duties within the Marketing department

Manage vendor accounts

Manage invoices and credit card statements

Order office supplies, TA marketing giveaways, and miscellaneous gifts & ensure supplies are available

Perform any other relevant duties as assigned





The successful candidate will have a combination of knowledge, skills, and experience that would include the following




Bachelors degree in marketing preferred

1-3 years of marketing and communications experience

Experience in planning marketing events both virtually and in-person is strongly preferred

Experience with CRM and/or marketing automation software a plus

Highly organized, detail oriented, self-motivated, with proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and sometime unpredictable environment; works well under pressure and tight deadlines.

Ability to consistently apply good judgment and make good decisions.

Proficient in MS Office Suite (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Publisher)

Experience with domestic and international business travel arrangements, coordinating meetings and tracking credit card and other expenses

Ability to travel Domestically and Internationally (Less than 30%)
