Robert Half is in need of an articulate, highly-skilled Customer Service Representative that is looking to expand their career and skill set. Are you someone who loves creating durable and productive customer relationships? Then this may be the role for you. This role will be situated in a challenging and dynamic, call center environment. This Customer Service Representative job is on a contract-to-hire basis and located in New Castle, DE.

Your responsibilities

- Handle incoming telephone calls

- Scheduling patient appointments

- Give exceptional customer service in a timely fashion

- Field and send out send written business correspondence

-Perform data entry of patient information


- Supportive, positive attitude with a professional demeanor applied to all tasks

- Comfort in pursuing resolutions to complicated customer inquiries using complex research methods

- Great written, verbal, and interpersonal skills

- Demonstrated talents in communicating and interacting with clients/customers, both internal and external

- 2+ years’ experience of proven performance in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment desired

- Strong Microsoft Office skills

- Proficiency in Call Center Customer Service

- Excellent customer service and office administrative skills

- Strong problem solving and analytical skills

- Proficient with computers and technology platforms
