Sr Financial Analyst – End to End Forecasting

Job Description:

Role offers a unique enterprise experience:

+ Help to strategically redefine how forecasting across the bank is performed

+ Contribute to the design and development of the ForecastConnect platform; Become Agile Product Owner certified

+ Create and deliver content on strategies that are used with senior business leaders to make decisions

+ Provides opportunity to see impact of work being done into the larger context of the bank and its priorities

+ Varied project work provides exposure to many different leaders both on and off our team

As a member of the team key responsibilities would include:

+ Partner with Line of Business (LOB) finance teams, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) functions, Technology and others on analysis and optimization of the forecast process

+ Understand key governance aspects to the baseline forecast that enable strategic efforts without compromising regulatory requirements, controls or adding operational risk

+ Work on multiple high priority projects at once; demands intellectual curiosity, flexibility in a changing environment and excellent attention to detail

+ Strategically define business requirements for new, emerging technology platform development

+ Help to drive strategic programs & initiatives across CFO

Required Skills and Experience:

+ Bachelor’s degree

+ Technical Skills: Agile development framework, PowerPoint + emerging technologies, a plus (Tableau, Alteryx)

+ Business Acumen: Understand the structure of the company and build knowledge about many areas

+ Communication skills, presentation skills, relationship/business partnering

+ Execution and Delivery: critical thinking, analytics, organizational skills, attention to detail

+ Effective Business Partnering

+ Executive Presence
