WSFS Bank is currently seeking a Fraud Prevention Analyst. The Fraud Prevention Analyst is responsible for the daily review of specific reports for possible suspicious activity in order to minimize check fraud losses. The incumbent will contact various financial institutions and businesses to ensure the status on checks deposited and will research account activity, place holds and revoke cards to prevent any potential fraud loss. The incumbent will interact and initiate contact with Bank customers, vendors, law enforcement agencies and attorneys. The incumbent will also interact with customers primarily through incoming calls or mail and will provide assistance with their questions and/or concerns. The incumbent will support and assist the department with compiling various report information, customer relations and/or other business relationships.
This is a full-time, 40-hr work week M-F 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. This position is located at our Operations Center in North Wilmington, DE.
• Must have a high school diploma or its equivalent, is required
• Some college is a plus
• Must have 2+ years of bank security/fraud investigation or equivalent experience
• Must have the ability to work weekends and/or overtime when required
• Must have strong skills using Windows and Microsoft software products
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as customer service skills
