Entity and activity description


The GM&T WBU delivers technological solutions (molecules, equipment and services) to support the new markets of energy transition, maritime logistics and scientific exploration, in order to accelerate Air Liquide sustainable growth.

To support the energy transition, GM&T brings environmentally friendly solutions to the clean energy market with hydrogen energy and Bio-Natural Gas for vehicles, refrigerated transport using nitrogen, but also the treatment and injection of Biogas into the energy grid as a local power source.

As a player of the deep tech sector, GM&T commercializes technologies dedicated to Space, Aerospace and scientific exploration. GM&T also supplies gases for players in of the maritime sector and provides logistics for cryogenic transportation by sea of value added molecules, such as helium.

Job Responsibilities


This experienced talent acquisition professional will have accountability for profiling, sourcing, pipelining, screening and interviewing candidates up to and including VP level. The incumbent will have responsibilities for managing the selection process from scheduling of candidate interviews, cultivating hiring decisions and offer management. Additionally, the Recruiter will be accountable for forging and sustaining a successful partnership with internal business clients and will participate in Talent Acquisition initiatives that support the business entity's strategic goals.

Duties and Responsibilities

Formulates a sourcing strategy for each position and ensures strategy is communicated and understood by client.

Generates qualified candidates through cost-effective and strategic channels including direct recruiting, employee referrals, Internet and other media advertisements, Internet data mining, outside search firms and ATS databases.

Understands and uses sourcing to fill positions and create pipeline, leverages technology to find active and passive candidates, and has a comfort level with cold calling.

Acts as the respondent for all internal and external candidate inquiries and responses.

Markets client open positions positively as "opportunities" and presents company as "choice employer" in markets across the country.

Maintain recruiting database for sourcing and tracking candidates while achieving OFCCP compliance at all times.

Maintains high-touch and proactive direct communication with candidates, client representatives and team members during the job/candidate cycle.

Maintains awareness of current trends in recruiting, client, employment market and legislation.

Participates in external meetings/conferences to network and keep abreast of current best practices and trends.

Provide reporting on open positions, resume tracking, number of interviews per position, number of days to fill a position, retention of new hires, on a regular basis.

Meet established hiring goals; maintain compliance with reporting structure.

Owns and manages the open positions assigned including forecasting, strategic planning, internal employee relations issues in regard to staffing and prioritization of fills.

Qualifications & Competencies



Bachelor's degree (minimum) in business, management, human resources, communication or other related discipline.

5+ years of successful, results oriented experience as a Recruiter within a human resources function or staffing agency

Experience and comfort working in a fast-paced and empowered environment Highly organized individual with the ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Committed to diversity of thought, leadership, and hiring practices
