The Role

Provide process analysis, design, and implementation for Lumen Network Implementation. Position will partner with Planning, Provisioning, and other organizations to introduce new systems, technologies, products, or process functionality.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to future state process flows, business requirements, business architecture models, and other supporting documentation. Position will also provide system ownership, support, and development in partnership with IT.

The Main Responsibilities

+ Project Manages large initiatives with high-value scope.

+ Provides design of end-to-end processes and procedures for new systems, technologies, or process functionalities.

+ Manages requirements for new process builds, working jointly with many different business units.

+ Drives the concept, definition, development, implementation, and operational components for automating processes.

+ Develops and maintain close working relationships with key stakeholders to understand evolving issues and requirements, understand upstream and downstream implications and dependencies, ensuring key solutions are executed and properly coordinated.

+ Works closely across business units to implement necessary process changes that solve problems for all Lumen customers (internal and external).

What We Look For in a Candidate

+ Trained in Lean Principles (Waste Reduction, Root Cause Analysis, KAIZEN, Lead Time Reduction, etc.)

+ Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. Written skills to include demonstrated ability to create and modify process documents, work instruction documents and other documents that are distributed to a wide audience.

+ Ability to solve complex analytical challenges, independently analyze information and make recommendations based on analysis.

+ Ability to develop and deliver executive level presentations of design solutions and strategic roadmap.

+ Experienced in implementing Continuous Improvement methodologies, e.g., Lean/Six Sigma

+ Education: BS or BA, or 5 – 7 years Process Analyst /Business Architecture

+ Recent background in Telecommunications Industry.

This position is eligible for either short-term incentives or sales compensation. Director and VP positions also are eligible for long-term incentive.
