POSITION TITLE: CLINICAL MANAGER, HOME HEALTH
Leads field staff on client service, clinical excellence, quality and adherence to policies and procedures. Accountable for internal case management, field staff evaluation and development.
SUPERVISED BY: ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR, DIRECTOR OR AREA DIRECTOR MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Holds a current license in good standing as a Registered Nurse in the state of Delaware. BSN preferred and required based on state
Graduate of an accredited and approved nursing program.
Prior supervisory experience commensurate with program
Minimum of two (2) years of community health nursing
Demonstrated record of strong interpersonal
Demonstrated record of goal
Demonstrated track record of successfully taking on more responsibility with positive results and ambition to grow past current
Competence in basic PC skills required to perform job functions
Completed Nursing Skills Checklist demonstrating knowledge and skills appropriate to age range of client population
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS FOR CLINICAL MANAGER:
Three (3) to five (5) years of BAYADA Home Health Care Clinical Manager experience or comparable experience within home
Demonstrated expertise in clinical care and field staff
Demonstrated record of developing staff into Clinical Manager roles or other promotional
Demonstrated expertise in all areas of
Understands and connects with BAYADA culture.
Effective presentation skills and ability to influence
Home Health Care experience preferred
Demonstrate and communicate the core values of BAYADA and The BAYADA Way.
Work closely with the Rehab Manager (where applicable) and Director to ensure cohesive and consistent management of all field staff
Oversee the delivery of all services to ensure superior quality
Provide clinical oversight to field staff.
Support the team (office and company)
Demonstrate solid performance or exceed performance standards in key job dimensions/attributes as defined on the Performance Appraisal for Office Staff.
