The UX/UI Analyst will focus on understanding the users' needs, implementing human-centered design best practices, ensuring adherence to accessibility guidelines, and providing positive experiences that our users value. Principle Duties and Responsibilities


Lead and coordinate customer initiatives, manage project timelines, and develop business strategies


Conduct human-centered design research, develop test plans, and convert observations into actionable and meaningful insights


Support and facilitate design thinking activities, agile development methodologies, and discovery workshops


Maintain the Innovation Center's application portfolio, perform market research, and provide recommendations to improve usability and accessibility


Manage backlog enhancements, monitor deliverables, and assist with prototypes


Understand and document customer needs, requirements, and technical specifications


Provide first level support for the Innovation Center and act as the liaison between the team and IT Support Analysts


Represent the Innovation Center during tours, presentations, and other events


Work independently and collaboratively with key stakeholders and manage and communicate priorities and tasks


Performs assigned work and other related duties as required


Education and Experience Requirements


Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Design, Human Factors, Entrepreneurship, or equivalent experience


3 - 5 years working in project management, agile development frameworks, and systems analysis


Experience with human-centered design, user experience best practices, and design thinking methodologies


Experience with creating test strategies, procedures, and facilitation


Excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills


Ability to manage and coordinate multiple competing priorities and projects


Experience in troubleshooting infrastructure, software, and customer challenges


Experience with Microsoft and Adobe applications


Aptitude for learning quickly and possess strong attention to detail


Excellent written and verbal communication skills
