F/T position, for an individual who is friendly, energetic, self motivated with great oral and written communication skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft and Quickbooks Pro is a plus for Invoicing
  • ADP is used for processing Payroll
  • good with government contracting is a plus plus
  • able to work alone, self-sufficient
  • Keep daily schedule using the Event Calendar
  • Filing Documents
  • Sorting Mail
  • Order supplies as needed
  • Reliable transportation
  • Willing to work in an industrial park - shop/office
  • Answer phones, handle sales and office work
  • Hours 8:00am - 5:00pm,  Monday-Friday. Salary depends on experience.
