Kforce has a client that is seeking a Tax Analyst in Newark, DE.Key Tasks: * Tax Analyst will be working with Corporate Function partners (i.e., Legal, Tax, Compliance, Control Management) and LOBs to ensure RO deliverables are met for the EuroBank Program * Supporting the RO Program including coordinating evidence collection & milestone/deliverable management with LOB & corporate functions partners (Corporate Tax, Legal, Controls Management, etc.) * Assisting with process improvement and technology transition initiatives for RO certifications * Engaging with LOB & KPMG stakeholders as required to assist with completion of the Qualified intermediary (QI) Independent Review * As a Tax Analyst, you will be assisting Legal Entity (LE) Registration Team in maintaining accuracy and timeliness of records and registrations in all systems * Partnering with LOBs in re-papering and re-documenting entities impacted by EuroBank Program at external counterparties (W8s, W9s, and CRS Forms) * Providing support for Quality Assurance (QA) testing and coordinating identified issues with stakeholders * Ensure EuroBank tax-related processes and controls are appropriately executed via QA testing and tracked via defined metrics * Gathering information, reviewing data, and performing analysis to identify impacts from the EuroBank project to existing processes (e.g., QI Independent Review, RO Certifications, LE Registration, QA Testing) * Tax Analyst will be assisting with updates and presentations for stakeholder and senior management forums * Providing communication to impacted LOBs on required changes and track actions for completion/escalation * A Bachelor’s degree * A quick learner who is highly motivated, results orientated, collaborative and with a strong sense of integrity * Strong analytical and organizational skills * Risk and control mindset * Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines * Strong relationship management and presentation skills * Basic technical aptitude and Microsoft skills Preferred Skills: * 1-3 years of tax work experience * Basic understanding of FATCA, Qualified Intermediary regulations and IRS tax forms Can you picture yourself working for one of America’s Ideal Employers?
