A Day in the Life: Technical Account Coordinator

Job Requirements: Is This You?
Minimum 2 years' experience managing accounts or other related knowledge preferred but not required.
Superior analytical and technical skills: problem solving and decision making.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships and partnerships both internally and externally.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft software including Microsoft Excel with the ability to create formulas, formatting, charts, pivot tables, and macros; knowledge of PowerBI or other data analysis methodologies preferred but not required.
Ability to coordinate project activities with diverse groups and individuals by using strong interpersonal and influence-building skills with customers, vendors, and team mates to create synergy between parties through negotiation, mediation and consensus decision processes.
Familiar with transportation pricing practices, pricing agreements, and operations as well as an ability to quickly learn and support several differing services.
Goal and achievement driven, team oriented and highly self-motivated. Can work well independently or within a group.
Bachelor's or Associates degree preferred but not required.
Excellent organizational skills with demonstrated ability to execute complex projects on time.
