Job Description

The Compliance Risk Capabilities Project manager is part of the CBORC Risk Capabilities organization, helping drive, coordinate and integrate Product Governance Risk Management Requirements across GCB 1st Line Products, Functions and Regions.

This is a strategic professional who stays abreast of Risk developments across Citi and contributes to the directional strategy of establishing sound product delivery routines in alignment with Citi’s Risk Governance Framework.

Recognized technical authority for product risk management for the business. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas and occasional external stakeholders. The scope of work impacts GCB Consumer globally, which ultimately affects the overall performance and effectiveness of all GCB regions, products and functions.

Responsibilities:

+ Deliver key requirements for GCB operating procedures, relevant tools and operational models to enable the execution and oversight of end-to-end product governance process across all business lines and regions within GCB.

+ Work closely with GCB Businesses and Control Functions to understand and execute against the quantitative and qualitative requirements for executing a world-class integrated Product Risk governance and control framework consistent with overall Citi policy and strategy.

+ Sustaining key components of GCB’s Product Governance Program.

Additional responsibilities include:

+ Ensuring requirements and operating models across GCB are consistent with New Activity Governance requirements.

+ Documenting procedures, taxonomy standards and oversight of product risk rating and ongoing product monitoring frameworks across all GCB business lines and regions.

+ Coordination of key CBORC owned Product Risk Management forums or management meetings, including development of agenda, coordination and review of materials, minutes and tracking follow-ups to closure.

+ Facilitate internal stakeholder engagement across GCB lines and regions in NAM, Mexico and Asia-EMEA, as well as the PMO team of Independent Risk Management and other Second and Third Line of Defense stakeholders, as appropriate.

+ Document processes for product governance; leveraging existing best in class GCB or Citi policies and controls, as appropriate.

+ Work with enterprise partners to implement in workflow tools for Consumer New Activity Governance, risk assessments, management information and related infrastructure.

+ Facilitate pilots in select businesses / regions, develop GCB business line and region specific implementation plans in conjunction with Consumer New Activity Committee.

+ Work with GCB MCA Architect team to ensure the key controls for the end-to-end product delivery approval and governance lifecycle are captured in Standard MCA Profiles and embedded within impacted Assessment Units/Entities.

+ PMO responsibilities including tracking progress against Consent Order milestones, compiling status update reviews and creating executive program level summaries.

+ Creating materials to communicate the New Activity Governance strategy to broader organization.

Qualifications:

+ 6-10 years’ experience navigating and networking across an enterprise utilizing internal and external resources . Business writing experience preferred

+ In depth knowledge of Citi’s Risk Governance Frameworks
