Responsibilities may include accounting assistance and analysis, budgeting and forecasting, consolidations, external audits, auditing of financial statements, IPO readiness, M&A integration, financial reporting, internal control and process improvement and other accounting/finance assistance as needed to client corporations w/$1 billion + revenues. May be assigned to working with varying accounting and financial teams re: financial projects of strategic importance, project implementation, financial analysis, internal auditing, complex financial and accounting initiatives (SEC and other regulatory reporting and compliance, acquisition or divestiture support), and SOX issues. Perform research on GAAP and FASB pronouncements, coordinate special projects and perform other accounting/auditing duties as required.
May be assigned to various, unanticipated sites throughout the United States.
