Engineering Lead – Marketing Campaign Platform

Responsible for architectural design and integration design development. Responsible for oversight of ongoing campaign design and configuration. Apply Subject Matter Expertise (SME) for the Marketing Campaign Platform to solve critical business and technical challenges. Coordinate and assign work to developers, testers and support team to resolve any issues in a timely manner, achieving desired business and IT outcomes. Create and maintain solution for the Adobe Campaign platform and continue to integrate the platform with all of AstraZeneca’s paid and owned channels, including email, SMS, social, paid media ads. Responsible for building Omnichannel campaigns across various marketing channels and proficient in digital technology platforms, including Adobe Campaign and Tealium AudienceStream. Responsible as a solution architect to integrate these digital platforms using Snaplogic as a middleware integration tool and using a combination of Heroku and AWS technologies for creating and exposing microservices to be consumed by these platforms. Proficient in Continuous improvement/Continuous Development (CI/CD) tools, including Bamboo and GIT, for continuous build and deploy automation.


REQUIREMENTS:   Must have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering or a related field plus five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in the position offered, as a Project Management Manager, or a related position. Must have five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in each of the following: Adobe Standard Campaign to maintain platform solution blueprints and data patterns; Snaplogic for middleware integration, design and build pipelines that are used for data consumption and extraction by Adobe Campaign and Tealium Audience Stream platforms; Heroku and AWS Gateway for webservices to design and build APIs to enable external and internal data providers to connect and enable omnichannel campaigns; Globalscape and Amazon S3 file transfer technologies to design and develop integration pipelines; Set up CI/CD tools using Bamboo, Git and Maven; Agile methodology using JIRA and Confluence to document and design user stories; and Utilizing Agile methodology for continuous development and project deliverables.

Hours: 40 hrs/week; Mon-Fri 9am-5pm
