Job Description

As a Product Manager, you will support the ongoing delivery of products for the Global Trusts and Estates Practice. This includes impacts to E2E processes and operating models. You will also assist with a multi-year remediation to support the T&E digital transformation agenda. This role will work closely with Technology, CDO and Business leadership to assess needs and drive solutions.

Core Responsibilities

+ Gather and refine requirements and enhancements to maximize the business value and ROI

+ Develop “subject matter expertise” understanding business requirements, processes and operating models

+ Participate in technology implementations by defining solutions, build, test and managing user adoption

+ Develop and maintain deep relationships with Business leaders, Technology, Operations, Risk/Control

Qualifications

+ 2 or more years of experience in project/product management

+ Experience working with high performing teams with ability to maintain a diverse and inclusive culture

+ Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple initiatives with tight delivery timelines

+ Strong verbal and written communicator and influencer; Able to articulate complex technical concepts in a transparent way

+ Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and best practices

+ Team player with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and goals

+ Works effectively with minimal supervision

+ Effective analytical thinker

+ Self -aware, welcomes feedback and focuses on self-development

+ Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience required

+ Trust & Estates business knowledge, preferred

+ Certification/Usage of Intelligent automation tools (Alteryx, Python, Tableau, etc), preferred
