Kforce has a client in Newark, DE that is seeking a Financial Analyst.Responsibilities: * The Financial Analyst will maintain compliance with the firm’s Risk and Compliance policies * Respond to employment verification requests * Open, sort, and distribute incoming paper and electronic mail and ensure requests are equally allocated to resources in a timely manner * Execute key activities quickly and efficiently: quality checks, uploads, error verifications, duplicate SID resolutions, and data integrity reports * Review documents received through the new hire, active employee maintenance, and employee termination processes to determine if they should be maintained in a personnel file in accordance with Record Retention guidelines * Financial Analyst will manage soft and hard copy records through the use of an electronic imaging system (iVault) * Scan documents * Enter and review data. Index the document and verify it’s in the system * Manually track the movement and volume of physical files * Archive records: box hard copy records, log information into the vendor system, and coordinate shipment to the archiving facility * Proactively identify and report opportunities that negatively impact processes to ensure standards of excellence are maintained * Retrieve and provide documents in response to requests from internal and external clients. Serve as the liaison with requestors for data related queries and support * Notarize Sworn Documents * Perform checks on provided data to ensure data is accurate and sufficient * Notify processors and managers of critical requests and escalations * Ensure follow-up requests are completed and closed * In this role, the Financial Analyst will maintain high quality standards and ensure data integrity through accuracy of work and attention to detail * Support projects and other assignments as needed * Bachelor’s degree required * Experience in document management processes and applications (Enterprise Imaging and Scanning Systems, Captiva / IBM FileNet) * Records Management experience * Notary Public * Exposure to projects as part of a project team * Ability to work independently and meet established SLA’s in a high-volume workflow * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word) and Adobe * Effective analytical, problem solving, and decision making skills * Capable of working both independently and in a team environment * Strong client focus.
