CTG is in search of an experienced Epic Willow Analyst for an immediate engagement. Selected candidate will provide Epic application support (work tickets, service/change request, routine maintenance, build possible), while client focuses on important initiatives. Position is remote. No On Call
Users and Security (SER, ECL, EMP) Updates
Issue resolution – must document fully in ticketing system
Interface error log
Billing error workqueues
Documented Willow processes (e.g. ERX build checklist, NDC build, dispensing workflows by pharmacy, Orderset restricted meds)
Data Courier Moves to TST and SUP
Data Courier Moves to PRD
Peer Review / Build Testing Prior to Data Courier Move(s)
HCPCS / JCODE updates
LPF lists (not owned by ASAP, Ambulatory, Optime, Anesthesia)
ED Boarder Workflow
Care Areas (dispensing KB)
Reporting Workbench Report (HRX) Creation
Reporting Workbench Report (HRX) Maintenance
Epic Willow Certification required
