DuPont Specialty Products USA, LLC seeks Strategic Brand & Marketing Leader (Wilmington, DE) responsible for developing and implementing effective brand and marketing strategies for the Image Solutions Business which is focused on flexographic and digital printing technologies. This role is accountable for developing marketing strategies and translating these strategies into actionable execution plans in cooperation with business leadership, Sales, and Product Management. Requires a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field and minimum 3 years of experience in marketing sales, or related; Six Sigma green belt certification, and the demonstrated experience with: Flexographic printing technologies and customers in North America and Latin America; Marketing skills and experience with a proven track record of developing market insights, creating value propositions, conducting segmentation, setting product and pricing strategies, conducting competitive assessments, and commercializing new products and business models in the printing industry; Experience formulating business strategies and translating strategy into flawless execution plans with deliverables, milestones and timeline; B2B new product development and commercialization in flexographic and/or inkjet printing; Process management and ability to ensure roadmaps align with broader strategy and investment priorities; Channel partner management; Sales operations and channel enablement; Experience with funnel management and Salesforce.com as well as digital marketing tools such as Tableau, SAP, Adobe Experience Manager & DAM, Eloqua, and advanced data analytics; Experience leading cross-functional teams to achieve business results through influence across many levels of the organization.
