Job Description:

Position Summary

The front end developer will be responsible for developing new functionality and enhancements to Call Center desktop and web applications. Works with UX and Business to understand business process and requirements. Effectively articulates technical and design/implementation concepts and potential solutions.

Required Skills

+ Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/related field or Equivalent working experience.

+ Must have at least 3+ years experience building desktop and Web applications.

+ Expertise using GIT, bower, gulp, grunt, and npm.

+ Very strong skillset and experience with Web Accessibility implementations using front end technologies.

+ The front end developer will work on creating web components using jQuery, Angular, HTML5 and CSS3.

+ Develop frontend code and design to work on waterfall and Agile projects, work with cross functional teams for integration of the code with application.

+ Must have good communication skills.

+ Proactively collaborative and can deliver established deadlines.

+ Ability to maintain high accuracy and thoroughness when executing tasks.

Desired Skills

+ Strong, proactive leadership capabilities.

+ Ability to stimulate and participate in creative thinking for Understanding of ADA guidelines and how to create compliant solutions.

+ User experience design for complex applications. (not limited to web sites)

+ Create out-of-the-box solutions.

+ Resolving and influencing the positive outcome of conflicting objectives and priorities.

+ Ability to effectively communicate, interact, and influence Senior Technology, Business & Operational partners.

+ Work effectively within a fast-paced, cohesive Architecture team and willing to learn fast and adapt quickly to change.

+ Excellent written (technical) and verbal communication.

+ Ability to conduct development Proof of Concepts.

+ Ability to create standards and guidelines for development teams.

+ Drives best practices approach to the continuous improvement of our products, processes and tools.

+ Proficient with Visio, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

+ Motivated self-starter with a high level attention to detail.

+ Ability to to thrive in a fast-paced, team-based environment.

+ Ability to lead Agile Release Train Architecture.
