About This Position:
The Marketing Strategy Associate within the Customer Marketing Group will manage marketing campaign design and delivery supporting Credit My Way, a key Lending product which gives our credit card customers the tools and flexibility to make the most of their available credit. This position sits within the Marketing Growth and Innovation organization of Card Services, a key business within Chase’s Consumer & Community Banking group.
This role will be responsible for managing multi-channel marketing campaigns between the Customer Marketing Group, Lending Innovation, and our Card product teams. They will oversee the development of campaign requirements to support the product team strategy, partner with various stakeholders to design and build the marketing program and focus on flawless marketing execution through digital and print marketing channels.
+ Bachelor’s Degree required
+ Experience developing and deploying marketing campaigns to drive business strategies
+ 1+ year of direct marketing experience
