Kforce has a client in Newark, DE that is seeking a GWM Client Transfer Coordinator.Responsibilities: * In this role, the GWM Client Transfer Coordinator will analyze and interpret daily inquiries related to Line of Business Transfers * Communicate with global managers to obtain necessary approvals * Follow up with pending transfers as needed * GWM Client Transfer Coordinator will serve as subject matter expert and point of contact for Line of Business Transfers * Generate and socialize metrics to business partners and Sr. Management * Proactively identify risks, gaps and opportunities for improvement and take action to mitigate accordingly, adjusting business processes and procedures as needed * The GWM Client Transfer Coordinator will create and maintain procedure documents to drive a control-centric environment * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Finance or equivalent work experience * Project experience preferred * Ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task in fast paced, team-based environment * Strong analytical and problem solving skills including use of basic Excel formulas * Detail and control oriented * Excellent time management and organizational skills * Ability to build strong partnerships with key stakeholders, management and colleagues * Enthusiastic, self-motivated, effective under pressure and willing to take personal accountability * Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex issues to key stakeholders * Familiarity with WorkHub, Connect, CIS and Party Central preferred Kforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
