JPMorgan Chase & Co. has an opening for a Business Analysis Manager position in Wilmington, DE.
Drive data analytics and reporting projects. Integrate disparate data sources and build data collection applications. Manage centralized data warehouse repositories that host LOB specific transaction data. Build business intelligence and data visualization for the business to drive actionable insights and democratize data. Develop reporting tools to enable sales team to achieve and exceed goals, including: sales competency assessments, strike zone client treatment strategies, market segmentation analysis, project charters, dashboards, surveys, and stakeholder influence strategies. Provide robust analytics to move the business forward with data driven decisions. Perform change and process management, including: impact assessment, documentation, communication, implementation, and post implementation assessment analysis. Ensure projects are completed in accordance with risk, compliance, and legal standards. Contribute to development and implementation of best practices, project standards, and procedures, while ensuring consistency and clarity among all partners. Work at all levels of projects, track progress, issues, and risks, and provide holistic updates to management on a regular basis. Identify activity drivers for success using Six Sigma Rigor and statistical analysis. Drive and facilitate sales and relationship management planning sessions, and ad hoc organizational project needs.
Minimum education and experience required: This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Information Systems, or related field of study plus seven (7) years of experience in the job offered or seven (7) years of experience as Software/Applications Developer, Software Engineer, BI Analyst, or related role. The employer will alternatively accept a Master’s degree and five (5) years of experience in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree and seven (7) years of experience.
Skills Required: This position requires experience with the following skills and technologies: data management and analytics within payments industry; working on design, development, and maintenance of disparate data sources and databases; big data sources on Hadoop or NoSQL ecosystem, including: Cassandra, MongoDB, HIVE and Impala on Hadoop; relational databases, including: Teradata, SQL Server, Oracle, and MariaDB; data integration and aggregation using ETL tools and data wrangling tools, including: Informatica, Ab-Initio, and Alteryx for the Analytics platform; data analysis tools to create analytic insights, including: Alteryx, Python, R, SQL, Cognos, Excel, and Business Objects; development of data visualization and reporting using Tableau, QlikView or QlikSense; python based visualization tools such as Matplotlib or Grafana; data mining with applied statistics; consulting with business leads to identify and deliver potential change-the-bank initiatives; and designing processes to support decision making in wholesale payments field teams.
