Job Description

Provides the coordination and administration of contracted relocation services, according to client policy. Assists Manager in daily team leadership and business operation. Provides technical/behavioral direction to consultants on team; interacts with client; assists with client reporting and presentations. Maintains a reduced caseload while ensuring customer and client needs are met in a timely, efficient manner through delivery of Top Block service.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

+ Carries a reduced caseload of both domestic and international files

+ Supports Manager in day-to-day business activities, including facilitating staff meetings, performing file audits, managing caseload distribution and client/team specific duties

+ Manage CAD report to ensure Service Status Maintenance compliance and move milestones

+ Serves as role model to develop team effectiveness

+ Lead team by modeling exceptional customer service and driving Top Block initiatives.

+ Compile, analyze, and deliver data from Cartus internal departments

+ Research foreign country specific information to assist clients in the development of new and existing international policies and compensation programs

+ Maintain and enhance relationships with Cartus’ internal departments and external suppliers/partners in regards to meeting and exceeding client needs

+ Track policy exceptions and communicate trending to management, client and staff

+ Facilitate team meetings and huddles

+ Assist management team in staff recruitment, selection, training, coaching, mentoring and performance management

+ Ensure team compliance with Cartus corporate policies, programs, and standards

+ Participate in special projects as needed, including client presentations, client/supplier training

Education/Experience Requirement:

+ Minimum 2 to 4 years CSC and/or IAC experience required

+ Bachelor degree or 3 years relocation related business experience in the relocation industry required

+ Demonstrated leadership skills required

+ Bilingual and/or expatriate experience preferred, Japanese language skills a plus.
