Our work depends on a Subject Matter Expert joining our team to support Army Training and Services growth opportunities. This position is focused on leading Capture efforts supporting Army Training opportunities with the potential to transition into a Program Management position if desired. Specific examples of the types of opportunities are the Joint Readiness Training Center (JRTC), Mission Training Complex Capability and Support (MTCCS) IDIQ, Mission Command Training Program (MCTP), TRADOC Core G2, Huachuca Training and Support Contract, National Training Center Mission Support Contract. As a Subject Matter Expert supporting Army Training and Services growth opportunities you will be required to work with numerous team members within our organization and provide your expert analysis and input both verbally and in writing. In this role, typical duties will include:
+ Collaborates with team members during capture and solutioning working groups
+ Lead Capture efforts for both new business and re-competes
+ Supports the technical Solution Architect in developing staffing and technical solutions
+ Lead working groups to develop innovative concepts to differentiate GDIT from the competition and introduce these concepts through the use of storyboards to the customer
+ Supports Proposal Technical Writing as assigned
+ Lead the development of Pursuit, Strategy and Bid Reviews
+ Lead the development of winning teaming solutions
+ Support Bottom-Up analysis in support of staffing and technical solutions
+ Lead the effort in responding to Requests for Information to support upcoming pursuits
+ Participates in Special Projects as required
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
+ Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline
+ Masters Degree preferred
+ Requires 10-15 years experience in Army Training
+ Security Clearance: Secret
