Our Animal Health Marketing team takes a customer centric perspective using customer feedback and market intelligence data. Using this data, we design, develop and deploy products, platforms, brands and marketing initiatives that ensure we can improve the health and well-being of animals everywhere.
The Director of Digital Brand Activation will help built a purpose-built and customer experience driven digital brand ecosystem to create value for veterinarian and pet owners, improving organization digital maturity and driving efficiencies across enterprise. The role will activate brand values and amplify go-to-market brand strategies via digital to improve brand resonance with target segments. The individual will lead team of 4 digital specialist to deliver valuable, personalized digital experiences grounded in meaningful, differentiated brand/product benefits and features.
+ Develop and coach a team of subject matter specialists to create digital expertise in are of web development, modular content management, organic search, media (Paid Search and Display), digital asset management and front-end development.
+ Built understanding and capabilities of digital full-funnel media techniques using precision, programmatic, display, video, and social channels such as identity, audiences, targeting, content, and creative
+ Lead development and implementation of digital experience use cases by capturing consumer journey and their behaviors across the digital ecosystem
+ Provide digital-first thought leadership, and guidance to cross-functional teams in all areas of digital marketing
+ Stay up to date about latest digital technologies and platform and maintain strong relationship with IT to help inform roadmap and implement the solutions
+ Create a culture of continuous improvement by defining digital brand objectives, tracking KPIs and reporting results to senior leadership on an ongoing basis to inform marketing tactics and improve plan
+ Establish long-term digital marketing strategy to evolve owned digital channels such as website, SEO, email, display, social and PR to bring brand promise to life and drive brand awareness and engagement
+ Create a best-in-class user experience and destination for all content across our digital channels
+ Strategically tie together the inputs of other digital capabilities such as digital analytics, digital content, and creative expression to ensure digital experience cohesion, optimized activation outcomes, and success of all branded digital campaigns.
+ Drive test-and-learn across digital marketing channels and leverage marketing analytics to provide insights and make recommendations based on results for building out digital marketing learning
+ Test and improve digital creative and copy optimized for target audience segments and persona to ensure campaign optimization
+ Work with business and digital analyst to evaluate results of all digital campaigns and use learnings to optimize performance and guide brand plans
+ Develop data-informed digital campaign design in collaboration with brand leads to define activation of brands’ core creative ideas in digital ecosystem
+ Capture and record ongoing learnings from A/B to help establish internal benchmarks and to improve digital campaign across brands and channel

+ Required :
+ BA/BS in marketing, advertising, or information technology.
+ Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) or Digital Marketing
+ Preferred :
+ Certification in or extensive hands-on experience with MarTech platforms and Google Analytics (GA)
+ 8- 10 years of experience in Digital marketing, digital media advertising, CRM, Martech, Marketing Automation, Digital Brand Activation or Marketing Integration
+ 3-5 years’ experience of leading teams, managing direct reports and developing talent
+ 3-5 years of experience designing and implementing marketing campaigns
+ 2-4 years of experience/working knowledge of digital search (SEM & SEO) and email marketing (eCRM) strategy, execution and optimization
+ Experience translating strategic brand objectives into consumer-centric digital engagement tactics
+ Experience is Animal Health Industry is preferred
