The Salesforce Industries GTM Acceleration team reports to Industry Marketing and is responsible for driving programs that accelerate Industries Product and Solution enablement and amplifies internal awareness for our sellers. The team works collaboratively across all Salesforce lines of business and supports all geographies, globally. This role requires a blend of Business & Program Management experience plus the expertise to measure the success of our programs. The ideal candidate is someone who can identify and prioritize new initiatives, facilitate execution, help remove roadblocks that are impacting the team and be comfortable diving into business details to drive initiatives forward. We are looking for a highly motivated team player with expertise working in a fast-paced matrix organization.
The candidate must have the ability to establish cross-functional business relationships and a proven track record delivering results. The candidate must have strong business acumen and be able to communicate with key stakeholders throughout the Salesforce ecosystem with a keen focus on driving operational excellence in supporting our Industries Product and Marketing teams. You will coordinate, align and scale industry enablement programs for our global audiences and program manage related initiatives that help our Industries Product and Solution messaging resonate. You’ll work closely with subject matter and enablement authorities to quickly learn information and impacts, write communications that engage our industry communities and help develop and publish industry content that best positions our newest product and solution innovations.
+ Partner with Industry Marketing leaders to help execute projects and programs aimed at supporting the organizational enablement strategy. Programs include although not limited to industry newsletters, global community calls and content curation.
+ Oversee prioritized programs from conception to execution in a program management capacity.
+ Collaboratively define success measures, key performance indicators and reporting frameworks for planning and business reporting with team members and senior leadership.
+ Work with stakeholders to provide actionable program visibility. Conduct regular project reviews, providing status updates.
+ Understand key reporting and analytics on enablement programs and use metrics to drive program improvements.
+ Identify, develop, and communicate new processes, templates, and best practices to boost team efficiency and productivity.
+ Drive awareness around industry products, solutions, customer success and related assets.
+ Write memorable, engaging communications across all channels that drive awareness of key initiatives and encourage employees to take action. Maintain related distribution lists.
+ Govern, maintain and publish industry content managed in Highspot, our content management system for our sellers.
+ Standardize performance reporting of content and key assets.
+ Obtain and communicate feedback on industry content, communications, and enablement.
+ Support enablement of our industry presence at all key events.
+ Attend functional team meetings across the organization for alignment.
+ Ensure consistency and collaboration across industries.
+ Create and foster cross-industry best practices.
+ Ability to implement, monitor and drive enablement programs aligned to business plans
+ Strong management and business skills, along with the ability to present to and collaborate with different levels of management including executive leadership
+ Ability to quickly grasp information across a variety of subject areas and build clear communications
+ Ability to execute at both the strategic and tactical level, able to roll up his/her/their sleeves to get things done
+ Highly organized, ability to coordinate activities to drive alignment
+ Strong orientation to collaboration, partnership, winning as one team to accomplish shared goals
+ Skillful in collaboration and diplomacy to ensure smooth working relationships across matrixed teams
+ Experience building relationships and credibility to influence and improve business outcomes
+ Ability to navigate ambiguity and to connect seemingly disparate actions/activity
+ Change oriented. Works effectively with shifting priorities
+ Self-starter with a problem-solver mentality and proven track record at performing well in a fast-paced dynamic environment with tight deadlines and changing priorities; is flexible and resilient
+ University Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Information Technology or equivalent experience
+ Excellent business app skills including G Suite, Salesforce preferred, Slack a significant plus
+ Experience with Content Management processes and systems is a plus, Highspot preferred
For Colorado-based roles: Minimum annual salary of $99,200. You may also be entitled to receive bonus, restricted stock units, and benefits.
