Responsible for assisting with administrative, financial, and performance analysis.
Completes internal reports of standards and expenses.
Prepares reports on department expense performance for management. Recommends changes to improve department productivity.
Tracks and monitors expenses to ensure accurate reporting. Researches and analyzes problems and investigates disputed billing charges.
Completes Department audits.
Maintains databases for department tracking. Performs and completes various ad hoc projects and reports.
Maintains record and tracks gift cards in the company award tracker. Keeps management apprised of updates to expense-related policy and procedures.
At a minimum, here's what we need from you:
1+ years of experience in Call Center
If we had our say, we'd also look for:
2+ years of experience in Call Center
In lieu of a degree, 2+ years of analyst or reporting-type role
Concur & Expense Process experience
Technical excel experience
CAR Working knowledge
