Robert Half is seeking a customer service representative on behalf of a client in the great Wilmington area. The position involves establishing, maintaining, and deepening relationships by way of facilitating accurate and timely financial transactions. Ideal candidates will be able to provide ‘white glove’ customer service and ensure the necessary duties are performed error free and in a timely manner.

Requirements

1-2 years of Customer Service experience

Knowledge of finance/retail banking

Solid communication skills

Comfortable being in a client facing role
