Staffmark is currently hiring for an Admin Assistant with our premier client located in Georgetown DE. Previous experience is required and a great attitude is a must! Temp to Hire with career & financial growth in your near future!
Starting Pay Rate: $16.00
Fantastic Schedule(s): Monday thru Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm (some flexibility with this schedule okay)
There are only a few things we need from you!
Requirements of an Admin Assistant for this position:
Excel - intermediate+ experience a must
Very strong basic math-skills a must - inventory counts data-entry into spreadsheets
Detailed oriented and able to multitask
Computer Literate (MS Office)
Excellent written and verbal skills required for high volume email communications
Helpful experience for the position: Quickbooks, Logistics (warehouse environment), Sea Shipping
What are you doing everyday as an Admin Assistant?
Assisting the Operations Manager in daily order processing, will receive hands-on training
Answering phones and general office duties as needed
