A Day in the Life: LTL System Support Specialist

Are you a high energy self-starter and goal driven individual with interests in LTL web portal and processes? If you answered yes then we've got the perfect job in Trinity's LTL System Support Specialist! Having experience with Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) is highly preferred but not required! The individual in this role will be responsible for the support and maintenance of our LTL Web Portal, to include but not limited to providing customer service to new and existing LTL web portal users, respond to helpdesk tickets by troubleshooting system problems, training new users, and managing and coordinating shipments when necessary. The successful candidate will have a minimum of one year in the transportation industry, with a strong knowledge of shipper, carrier, and broker/3PL processes, as well as a thorough understanding of standard transportation modes (truckload and less-than-truckload). The LTL System Support Specialist role will put you in a crucial position to ensure our LTL web portal is running smoothly and its users receive exceptional customer service! Working knowledge of LTL carrier pricing structures, tariffs, rules and regulations

One to three years transportation or logistics experience preferred
