Morgan Lewis, one of the world's leading international law firms, seeks to hire highly qualified midlevel and senior litigation associates with law firm experience to join our litigation - environmental practice in the Wilmington office. This position could also be resident in Boston, Hartford, New York, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Princeton, or Washington, DC.

Job Requirements:


The successful applicant must:

Have several years' experience in litigation, including deposition and oral argument experience.

Possess excellent academic credentials, as well as strong writing and analytical skills.

Have a background in environmental issues, including familiarity with both federal and state environmental law.

Experience in defending private and public agency lawsuits, handling cost-recovery actions, negotiating environmental remedies, and compelling insurance coverage for environmental liabilities.

Be a member of the Delaware Bar.
